We cannot over-emphasize the importance of Travel Insurance. Travel Guard's Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance covers your expenses if you need to cancel or interrupt your vacation due to a number of circumstances beyond your control, including (most importantly) a health related problem affecting you, a travelling companion, or a non-travelling family member.

As you now most airline fares are non-refundable, and equally Platinum is unable to refund your money if you cancel inside of 45 days prior to your arrival date. If by chance you do cancel outside of the 45 days all money will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee.

Should Platinum have to cancel your accommodations, we will refund all of your tour payments immediately as full settlement. We urge you to please obtain Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance to cover any loss you may incur.

Platinum Vacation Group recommends that you review other Travel Guard Insurance options, such as medical insurance, in addition to the Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption.
